Yes, it has zero alcohol truly, which is why some people often wonder why and how some enjoy it. But from what I’ve gathered, people who often go for nonalcoholic beer are the ones who want the closest taste to beer without the drawbacks of alcohol. Some take it to maybe want to fit in without having to get drunk.
Yes, there can be non-alcoholic beer that has zero percent alcohol. However, in the USA, non alcoholic beer is allowed to have just a little bit of alcohol up to .5% by volume and still be called non alcoholic beer. Most of those commercial beers will likely have just a touch of alcohol. Some jurisdictions even allow up to 2.8% and still be called non alcoholic beer, so if you want zero alcohol content, the best thing is to read the label or the can of the beer.
