Load up on vitamin D. best way to get it is a stroll each morning. Wake up early, it will feel like crap at first but as soon as you get outside and have some fresh air and sun it’ll be so worth it. Also have some lavender oil or fresh lavender around. Having fresh nice aromas around can’t hurt. I know a lot of people might disagree with this last one, but find a tv show of a genre you like, and watch it. Don’t binge watch sitting in bed all day, but watch a few eps when you can, it’ll give you something to look forward to. Go out more and have fun. You’ve got this!
Different things work for different people, and you just have to figure out what works for you. What has worked for me is recognizing when I’m going into a depressive loop. I start with cutting sugar, cold water swimming in the morning, force my self to do 30min of cardio, and get sleep. Of course when you get depressed you don’t have the motivation to do all that so I have to wait until I tired of feeling like shit.
