my wife and I have been trying for a baby but no results, the doctor says we are both fine, what other causes could there be to our lack of children? should we adopt?

Sometimes women don’t ovulate regularly and consistently. Sporadic menstrual cycles can be caused by conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hormonal imbalances or obesity. Ovulation can also be impacted by excessive exercise, stress or low body weight.
Blocked or scarred fallopian tubes that prevent sperm from reaching the egg are a frequent cause of infertility, especially among African Americans. A history of pelvic infection, sexually transmitted disease or endometriosis increases your risk for fallopian tube obstruction. Adoption is a great option to explore, you get to experience the joys of motherhood/parenthood without actually birthing the child, but nothing will beat having your own, keep trying, travel abroad and get proper tests done, adoption is a great option though.
