my brother makes inappropriate jokes that makes me feel uncomfortable, how do I resolve this?

this is harrassment and should be considered as such, this can be reported as well to the authorities, it is certainly note worthy that your brother feels comfortable enough to make those comments about your body, you should leave a stern warning in way of a threat especially to let him know how serious you are.
that is definitely a weird bit and you should let an adult know before it gets out of hand, your brother, no male person in fact has any right whatsoever to make any comments, jokes or compliments about your body, most especially after you have expressed concern over this.
