The trauma that someone could experience following a dramatic car accident is definitely underestimated. Luckily, most car accidents aren’t horrific and are simply the result of driver error. Post-traumatic stress disorder is the result of your body’s reaction to fear and this can disrupt your daily activities. The most important thing to do is to build up the courage to admit you’re having mental health issues and are willing to seek help.
if you need to not remain with your anxiety -either write about it, talk to someone who will listen, or speak to a therapist who will listen because when we put it in words, it moves it from emotional danger to cognitive, and therefore we process it intellectually, and we realize that the danger has passed
