Meditation is one of the profound and world popular method or exercise to calm your Brain so that it can focus on one particular thing at a time. It is also a popular way to gather the information about your choice of field or skill. Now I would like to tell you some the exercises for body.
Reading is great basic brain exercise. You can read newspapers, magazines or books but just keep in mind that the more challenging the text is, the more of a workout your brain will get. Like any exercise, start small and work your way up. Simple puzzles like crosswords can help your brain do some basic work. Large, complex puzzles give your brain a stronger workout. These can sometimes take several days to a week to finish but they’re worth the effort. Talk with people about things you or they know about. Talking about politics, religion, and other challenging topics, can be a great basic brain workout.
