Marijuana has proven to help some people improve the quality of their sleep, especially people suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, pain, multiple sclerosis, amnesia, etc. It may help this set of people sleep faster and prevent waking up severally at midnight. You may find the use of marijuana common among people with anxiety and psychological depression. Marijuana has several different active compounds, including tetrahydrocannabinol also known as THC, and cannabidiol known as CBD. While THC typically acts as a sedative, it can have a stimulating effect for some people, especially for those who are new to using marijuana or taking higher doses.
You might actually be right, there was a time I struggled with my eating routine a friend of mine suggested that I tried marijuana. It came as a surprise that marijuana, A substance considered an harmful could restore my eating routine. I’m going to talk about my experience using marijuana, when I first tried it, the first 30 minutes I started feeling sleepy and extremely angry I was so hungry to the point that I started feeling dizzy. Immediately I finished eating I slept almost immediately. I have her I couldn’t but noticed some thing, I ate way too much there was no limit. I feel if I wasn’t under the influence of marijuana, I wouldn’t have eaten that much. What I fear most is, some people getting hooked on marijuana even though it serves them good purpose
