Chronic insomniac disorder can lead to hallucinations in a person. It is so terrible to the extent that it cause a person to do what they’d rather not do. During my senior year in college, we a premed student who fell off the rooftop as a result of hallucinating, it was such a terrible moment for everyone. Insomnia had been proven to have a direct link to hypertension, it causes the heart to race/beat faster than usual thus causing heart attacks.
Chronic insomnia can be really terrible. It can cause you to be slower in your physical and mental activities. Also, you might either gain weight or lose it. You may start to feel less emotions towards other people. You start to not feel like doing fun things. You are constantly sad, irritated and lazy. You might suffer from constipation, gases and pain in the abdomen. All of these can affect your memory in the long term.
