Write down what your dream is and put it up somewhere where you see it everyday. If people laugh at your dream than it means your dream is big enough. Do something each day to get closer to your goal and eventually you will get there. Once you realize that the act of doing something is nowhere as unpleasant as your brain is anticipating, doing things gets easier.
Start doing things and don’t stop. It’s actually just that easy and everything is just a mental game you play on yourself. For instance, my friends ask me how I can read for so long. It’s simple: you start reading, you don’t stop until you’re done. Got distractions? Good, they will be there forever, so you can always get back to them. Also, prioritize. It’s a tick of human nature to make new goals when you’ve got important stuff on the horizon. Just don’t make those new goals until you’re done with the important stuff.
