When you interact with people you admire, or the people you look up to in your industry, you will definitely see that one that is worthy of being your mentor. A mentor is a person with whom you are able to interact freely and can share everything, a non-judgmental person.
Basically we look up to a mentor and respect the person. A mentor is a good listener and always encourages, guides and coaches the mentee.
Look around you, there are people you respect and hold in high esteem. These people inspire you and always want you to be better. In fact, you may often find yourself living their lifestyles. Your mentor does not necessarily have to be an older person, they can be your peer, a peer that inspires you and you love what they do. Many times, we don’t even get to meet our mentors personally and our mentors don’t even know us, but we imbibe their lifestyles, buy their books or book recommendations.
