      You might lose a bit of weight by doing it but as soon as you eat, you will put more weight back on. It is also very unhealthy and not a thing you wanna start doing. The best way to lose weight is drink more water, eat little but often, reduce refined carbs, when you do eat carbs eat wholemeal, they keep you fuller for longer and it’s healthier than white. M I would also suggest having a high protein diet and you can also eat healthy fats, now I know this sounds bad but Olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, nuts and seeds are just a few examples of healthy types of fat
      that may have beneficial effects on fat burning. And of course exercise, doing cardio helps weight loss.

      Starvation is not the way to lose weight, if you stop eating you will lose some weight but in the end you will become nutrient deficient that will result in making you ill. Then you will make a visit to your doctor and he/she will immediately advise you to start eating. You will start eating once again, and you will yet again get back from where you started. End result? Nothing achieved. In order to lose weight, you need to consume sufficient amount of calories so that your body get essential nutrients required for it’s proper functioning. You need to keep a close look at your calorie intake. As you’re trying to lose weight, consuming more and burning less will result in almost nothing. Eat around 1200–1400 calories a day by healthy means such as green vegetables and fruits. Once you’re done with your diet, now it’s time to burn the fat. For burning fat, cardio is the best. Make a habit of doing cardio exercises daily. Take a start by doing jump roping for 5–10 minutes. You can do it in a very limited space and at any time of the day you want. Gradually increase the time of your cardio session, you can add other exercises to your routine such as jogging, sprinting, running, swimming and etc.

      People can pretend to be anything online. Do not ever give money to someone you are talking to online. Even if you have been speaking with them for months and feel a strong love connection, don’t do it. If they ask you for money because they are struggling, or want to come see you but say they don’t have funds for a plane ticket, or have some sort of emergency, or want you to invest in a business that sounds too good to be true — end the conversation immediately! Think about it, would you ask someone you’ve never met before for help financially? Some of these stories can seem so convincing, but it typically ends the same way – with money lost and maybe even some of your heart. So please let that be a personal boundary of yours at all times.
