I sent some freshly baked cookies to my neighbor’s kids, I hope it’s not weird.

What’s the etiquette for sharing baked foods right now? I do a lot of baking, but my partner and I can’t eat it all. Normally I share these treats with my coworkers, but now, I don’t know! Is it safe to drop off packages for friends and neighbors, as long as they feel comfortable accepting them? If the kids are comfortable with it, then why not? Just try and make sure they tell their parents. It would be nice if their parents know about it. Well done Willie.
Hi Willie, no it’s not weird. It is a simple act of kindness that goes a long way. If they or their parents think it’s weird then, they are weird. If they feel it isn’t necessary, they can politely turn it down and tell you they appreciate it but it isn’t necessary. That aside, it a nice gesture. God bless your heart.
