Can a person really rid themselves of any form of anxiety? Is it even possible to not have any form of anxiety at all?

I believe everyone has anxiety, it only differs as there are various forms of anxiety and how you can manage it. Anxiety is actually an interesting experience, the anxiety we experience is not always about real things. Instead, anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. So, anxiety represents all those concerns we have about things that might happen or that we actually, when you think about, have little hard data on. There’s a myth about anxiety. Many people think that situations or events cause anxiety. Often, however, it’s our thoughts or interpretations that create the anxiety. And the good news – we can learn to have control over our own thoughts.
Anxiety comes from different places, but it is always self-generated. We can learn to control or ignore it. Fear is a common source. Fear of failure, death, etc. Again, it is self-generated. Fear is not something out there coming to get us. Swat it like a fly and move on. You are the boss of you. Knowledge helps. Builds confidence. If you find yourself in a defeating environment where people expect you to roll-over or fit their mold, you may have to tread lightly until change can be effected, even if that change means a different job or social environment.
