I cannot afford to pay for personal lessons but I want to get into the tech business, I have been watching Youtube videos and taking online classes for about a month, but I am not entirely sure I have it covered, I would like to know if there are any self taught programmers out there and tips to do this by myself?

hmm, yes there are self taught programmers out there in the world, a ton of them, it is worth saying that it will be a rough journey trying to learn all by yourself, my advice would be to get all the knowledge you can from youtube and said online courses, then partner with friends that you have who are into tech and they can show you one or few things, you can get jobs here and there and eventually save up enough to get actual lessons that will help you build your skill set.
Quite frankly, I would say NO, reason being that programming is really wide and you need to learn a lot of things, what you will learn from watching youtube and taking some online courses would be just enough to get you started, but you need an experienced programmer to help you navigate these and also help you in the application of things you have learned, you will find free seminars online and even sponsors too help you achieve this, you just need to d some research.
