Can we call the Gandia character in money heist (la casa de papel) a sociopath since he clearly displayed some of the core features of a sociopath?

I wouldn’t call Gandia a sociopath, he is simply a military personnel who loves his country and is dedicated to protecting his country. Hence, why he is so against the heist and hate the robbers with so much hatred. He might be seen as a sociopath because he tends to provoke the robbers so much, but that doesn’t make him a sociopath.
The ring on his hand and the fact he has a family always kind of fucks me up! He is such a badass character and we would think he is truly a badass if we were seeing this TV show from the perspective of the police or if he was the main character. But in the context of this show, he is a very scary, dangerous, cold-blooded guy. I agree with you that he is skilled at his job, and is useful for creating some drama for the show.
