I work almost two jobs from home and I tend to slack at one. How do I manage keeping up with the two, so one doesn’t suffer in favor of another?

For me, I have productivity apps on my phone. These apps help me keep track of time and my daily tasks. Prioritize thinking about which one of your current task is more important for you or the team you are working with. Sometimes we are so focused on the weeds that we forget about understanding what´s really important. In the end, 20% of your actions will provide 80% of results. Try to prioritize between the must-haves and the nice to have. Productivity is not about doing a lot of things, it is doing what is really important instead and achieving results.
I agree with Babb, don’t think of doing too much. Handle one thing at a time. It’s a multi-tasking ability you have to develop and showcase. Your focus should be on most important things first, then progress towards less important. That’s how we should prioritize. Also, you really don’t know the great importance of productivity apps until you try them.
