Should I be really worried about the fact that I haven’t pooped in days?

If you’re having difficulty pooping, you should try to reduce your supplements intake. That really worked for me. Also, stay hydrated as well as possible. Moisture helps make stool soft and easier to pass. Everyone needs different amounts of liquid each day depending on factors such as age and activity level. However, many people require somewhere between 1.5 and 2 liters per day. Get regular exercise, regular physical activity can aid regular bowel movements. As little as 30 minutes of brisk walking daily may help.
Drink lots of water. Only drink water, not soda or juice, and take a laxative. That happened to a friend of mine once, he didn’t poop for 3–4 weeks, so he went to urgent care, and the doctor told him to drink to as much water he can. So he went home and drank 2–3 cups of water at every interval. And then after 5 hours he finally poops. So yeah, drink as much water as you can until you poop. Water will push your stool down and it will also soften it. And if you still can’t poop, I guess it’s time to go to the ER, you might have a blockage.
