Breast tingling is a common sensation, especially in women who are menstruating, newly pregnant or breastfeeding. In most cases the cause is not serious and is often linked to normal hormonal fluctuations. it has no underlying causes mostly and it doesn’t get painful, but if you notice some discharge you should see a doctor.
As pregnancy hormones increase the blood supply to your breasts, you may notice a prickling or tingling sensation around your nipples. This can be one of the first signs that you’re pregnant. This is a common sign of pregnancy, and is usually noticeable after the four week mark.
