  1. Whenever I feel lost and broken, and it seems all hope is lost, I listen to music. Music does it for me, I call I’m sick at work and spend my time listening to music. In cases where I’m not alone or I have no access to music, I try as much as possible to immerse myself in whatever activity might be going on, this would take my mind off whatever things I’m thinking.

  2. There are times we all feel lost and broken. When this happens, some prefer to seek the help of others such as professional help.
    For me, I start by calming myself down, and, if possible, I take a walk away from my usual environment to a quiet place that fosters a connection with nature and good thinking. I ask myself questions about what makes me feel lost and broken. I’ve come to realise that my powers come from within myself. So, I begin to enter deeper into myself, where all my true support comes from, and get connected and let go of the former negative thoughts about myself. I will then begin to take a different, positive view of myself, and do new things which will encourage me to live positively and move on with my life.
