  1. There are times we all feel lost and broken. When this happens, some prefer to seek the help of others such as professional help.
    For me, I start by calming myself down, and, if possible, I take a walk away from my usual environment to a quiet place that fosters a connection with nature and good thinking. I ask myself questions about what makes me feel lost and broken. I’ve come to realise that my powers come from within myself. So, I begin to enter deeper into myself, where all my true support comes from, and get connected and let go of the former negative thoughts about myself. I will then begin to take a different, positive view of myself, and do new things which will encourage me to live positively and move on with my life.

  2. Whenever I feel lost and broken, and it seems all hope is lost, I listen to music. Music does it for me, I call I’m sick at work and spend my time listening to music. In cases where I’m not alone or I have no access to music, I try as much as possible to immerse myself in whatever activity might be going on, this would take my mind off whatever things I’m thinking.
