Personally, I get really scared of people who never get angry. Why won’t you get angry? Do you mean to say nothing upsets you or get you in your feelings?

Anger helps people set limits and boundaries. It helps people right wrongs. It motivates people to care about how others are treated. A world without anger would be a world where nobody would act when they see someone beating a puppy. Anger is simply an emotion. It is no more or less harmful than happiness, sadness, or love. All emotions can be taken to harmful extremes, and all emotions can be healthy when indulged responsibly. To deny your own human emotions is the height of illogical hubris. No one is above emotion, no matter how much they may wish to be.
Anger, like any of our emotions, has an adaptive purpose. It’s something which helps us express displeasure, fend off those who would harm us, or simply get stress or trauma out of our system. Like any other emotion, it can be destructive in too large of quantities or if expressed poorly, but I don’t think any emotion is inherently good or bad. They’re just part of us and it’s how we express them which makes them good or bad.
