I know how to improve eyesight naturally. I have done it myself. My vision was worse than 20/400 combined and I needed strong prescription lenses. Now I see 20/20 uncorrected. Yoga practice is what improved my vision. I practice yoga every day and my vision steadily improves. There are yoga exercises specifically for the eyes, but I don’t even do those very often. Just a regular yoga practice has improved my vision along with all other parts of my health. I encourage you to seek out a teacher and learn about yoga in books and online.
Getting regular eye checkups is just one of the many ways you can improve your eyesight and prevent injuries or illness that could harm your vision. Eating foods rich in vitamin A, C and E like papaya, carrots, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, oranges etc help in maintaining good health of the eyes. Wash your hands before touching the eyes to prevent infections. Good sleep helps in keeping eyes fresh and prevents dark circles around the eyes. Eye makeup cosmetics should be used cautiously as they can cause infections and allergies.
