There are several medical conditions that can effect your breath, it may be worth looking into that. Take into account that simply being nervous about a social situation can dry out your mouth and make your breath worse. Have you noticed that your breath seems fine when you’re by yourself but suddenly becomes worse when other people are nearby. Personally, after brushing my teeth, I make sure to brush my tongue each morning until its pink and rinse thoroughly several times until the water spit out has no more bubbles.
Floss, brush the teeth and the tongue. Do it after every meal you have or if you aren’t able to brush your teeth after every meal, then keep a pack of gum with you. Minty gums help with teeth whitening and fresh breath. Try not to drink a lot of soda or eat food with strong smell. It’s best to stay away from it. Keep the mouth clean and refresh it with water.
