  1. I didn’t go all in at once, I started off with being a vegetarian then I gradually went into vegan diets. I had to do it like that cos I grew up in a meat eating household so when I decided to even go vegetarian, my mom wasn’t happy.
    I had to cut things out one by one, eggs, dairy, then the meat. I started to cut the meat out one animal at a time. From the one I ate less to the one I ate more of (chicken). I did go vegan a year later. So, I did it a bit at a time and I got there. 4 years vegan and I couldn’t be happier.
