Just like every other social platforms, LinkedIn is more of a networking platform full of professionals, job seekers, ceos and the likes. There’s a great influx on the platform of recent, hence, there are now lots of people with even fake profiles. What annoys me most is how almost everyone on that platform wants to sound intelligent, making up stories that really ever happened. But if you know how to use the platform well, you can sieve out the real ones and use it to your advantage. There are lots of big companies CEOs there and job opportunities.
I feel like it’s fake to make it seem like people are qualified for stuff that the average person can’t even achieve. It’s like a cyber stalking site for employers. I get kinda creeped out when companies keep checking my profile over and over. Not just once but several times. Like what are you looking for? People too. I get alerts when people are checking my profile
