Is anyone here familiar with the heavy equipments hire business? I’d like to know if there’s huge market for it here in Florida.
There is no business that doesn’t come with problems, how you can solve the problems will determine how much profit you make and how long you pay in the business.
—This particular business is very capital intensive business lot of capital require for rental business
—You may come in debts trap if you are unable to generate profit from the business, if you don’t generate profit how do you pay your workers and maintain your equipments?
—Getting continues flow of business Is nesseary. because interest n labour meter is on when you don’t have work
—Skilled work force -you have to manage driver to run equipment and keep in mind replacement of skill worker not going to be easy.
—Repair n maintence of equipment is another concern .
—Shifting n transportation cost of equipment from one place to another, sometime you may have to left equipment on site because carry cost.
Heavy equipment market requires heavy investments, both monetary and workforce. The volume segment stipulates you have lower capital, and you can afford cheap, multiple smaller types of equipment that construction companies don’t buy quite often, and you are not afraid to do the delivery work. In this category you can find, heavy duty to middle throughput generators, campers or onsite mobile homes for construction projects, toilet systems, etc. The high end is heavy duty equipment, such as stationary and/or mobile cranes, dump trucks— size and price depending on the type of projects etc.
