If you have never worked out before it might take your body more time to adjust to your workout routine compared to a person who has worked out before and is starting to workout again.
The key is consistency though, if you have the willpower to go through workouts everyday you will start to notice some changes very soon. Very tough to answer when you will start so see physical changes as it depends on man things. Your genetics, what you are eating and how hard are you training. But you will definitely see some changes in you mentality very soon after you start lifting weights.

It’s different for different people. I know that’s probably not what you want to hear. Yes many factors to consider to be honest. Some people just respond at different rates of growth for various reasons. Although to be frank if your on the leaner side you will see the results sooner. But whether you are, or not It going to range from 2 weeks to 2 months to notice strength gains as well as appearance changes. This of course assumes your nutrition, sleep, and stress levels are all in check. The way you train is very important to. Most people either workout hard or not hard enough. If it’s too easy there’s no progressive overload then your results stall, but if it’s to intense it’s harder to stay consistent when your sore all the time.
