It may be possible. For protein, look for a supplement with all of the essential amino acids. If a powder, use water. The body doesn’t need carbohydrates, but you can just get a protein powder with just enough carbs to keep you out of ketosis. All of the vitamins and minerals you need can be found in high quality compounds. As far as your essential fats, flax seed and fish oil capsules are available. There are lots of other essential fats in compounds. Use Metamucil or a similar product for fiber. And, of course, lots of water.
Considering the industry’s growth and its advances in biologically tailoring products to suit your every need, it is conceivable that, in the not-too-distant future, you could get all of your daily nutritional requirements in tablet form.
