Looking at body language is a good way to tell if someone is nervous. And nervousness could imply lying. Look at what someone is doing with their hands or feet, or if they are touching their face a lot. Someone could also just be an anxious person, so don’t be to sure about yourself. It really helps if you know the person.
Look at their demeanor while talking, how they act will easily sell them out. Me, whenever I’m having a conversation with someone, i weight the info in the things they say to me. A liar will unnecessarily add informations that don’t matter when they’re talking, that’s because they want to sound so convincing.
