Workaholics are people who work non-stop and don’t know when to quit. Working smart is taking an occasional break, and knowing your limit when your work. Your much less likely to overwork yourself if you work smart!
Workaholics choose to do work over anything.
I am either sleeping or working and if I am doing something else, the guilt kills me.
Working makes you feel confident, it always keeps you on your toes. If you are working, there is no space and time for useless thoughts. But definition of work varies from person to person. As long as I am doing something productive, it is work for me.
