I don’t know what is your daily routine but if you want to do freelancing along with job then you will have to work hard and even have compromise with sleep sometimes if you want to have high paying clients because high paying clients come from rich countries and their timezone might be different from yours so while you will be sleeping here, they will be doing their work.
You can handle them both only if it’s something super simple and takes no more than one day of your time. But taking two big projects at the same time it’s a bad idea, you can lose your client and your reputation and will be really hard to restore your rating. And if you fail deadlines, your employer will leave a negative feedback. Reputation is very important in the freelancing world, with perfect reputation you can take projects with big budgets. With full-time job you will be unable to work 5-6 hours per day, most likely it will be 3, maybe 4 hours per day. Plus, it’s hard physically and emotionally.
