You can live in Saudi Arabia for as long as you want, so far you are working and you’re renewing your permit. But there is no way you can become a permanent citizen in Saudi Arabia. They do not give citizenship either. They don’t have any permanent residency system unlike western countries. The moment your sponsor or the government thinks they don’t want you, you would need to leave.
If you want to have permanent residency in Saudi Arabia, you have to have lived there for more than 10 years, while working for government. Give up your nationality of other countries in order to acquire Saudi Arabia’s nationality. If you are a Non-Muslim then go there and accept Islam and thus it’ll have become more easier for you and if you don’t want to convert into Islam then talk to the king, for only the kind can grant citizenship to a non-Muslim.
