I have mild-sever anxiety and I sometimes self medicate, how can I mange my anxiety as it is getting hard

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous. Avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and recreational drugs may help relieve fear and anxiety. Getting regular sleep and exercise, and practising relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and yoga may also help.
