A market that is completed saturated means that there are a lot of people doing it for doing sake. And this means an opportunity to surpass those businesses. Do something that is already proven. Do it better, and you can take a piece of the pie. Research all the brands in the space, big players, and other new startups. Find out what they do right, what they do wrong. And come up with a better method of doing it. And there you are! Make your brand stand out – design a better site, better social media appearance. Have better pictures, cleaner and more professional look. Have better product/service descriptions.
Concentrate on customer service skills, and buyer experience. This is one of the key factors that will set you apart from your competitors.
Focus on Social Media as your main point of contact with customers. Spend a ton of time on each social platform each day promoting your pages, posting new stuff, gaining followers. And most importantly, interacting with customers. Reply to everything, be witty and engage your customers well. Overall, if you build a better brand, you’ll surpass all the crap businesses in your industry. If the niche your looking to get into that is saturated, and you can become a top player if you do things right and continue to grow.
A startup is created to find a solution that solves one problem of a group of people. When a startup owner starts selling his solution, customers start using it and give feedback directly, through the world of mouth or on social media. This is the first defence weapon of every business: listen your customers, listen their feedback and make your solution matched with their needs, their request of improvement and this lead you to over perform customer expectations and to become trusted by them. This is the strongest barrier for your competitor.
Improve your solution by listening your customers is the better strategy you could use to become profitable and defend your business from competitors.
