Losing appetite can be really frustrating as you wouldn’t know what to do. What has helped me overtime is stimulating hunger, yes. Most times, I try to exercise before major meal times, going for exercise before meals helps stimulate my hunger and allow me eat. Also, I try to make my meal times as enjoyable as possible. I sometimes invite friends over to eat with me. You can try eating in bits, you can start by eating little portions at intervals. You need the calories, so you have to increase your calories intake and make yourself eat.
If you have a poor appetite, seeing big portions of food can be overwhelming and discouraging. A way to avoid feeling overwhelmed is to trick your brain into thinking you are still eating small portions. You can do this by serving your food on a big plate instead of a small plate. Serving your food portion in big plate will help you eat more.
