It’s obviously unethical. The regular citizen has literally nothing to do with the war. Russian citizens are innocent. They must search to block the ones that started this war and block them. Common russian citizens are already fucked with ruble going down. You can’t just punish every citizen of a country because of some old-minded cold war fanatics.
Crypto exchange Binance is blocking the accounts of any Russian clients targeted by sanctions- that is, only those accounts who are listed to be linked to Putin are being targeted, instead of blocking all accounts of Russian users as requested by the Ukraine president.
