Find a common ground, if you don’t know then keep asking questions till you find one. You tend to want to do business with someone who feels familiar and even might end up buying something you don’t even need because of it. Conversation should have the spirit of commitment from the sales person, making it more valuable for the customer to willingly commit and allocate his valuable life time for the sales person. In sales, it is actaully the spirit and commitment to a specific customer by a salesperson that matters which is an imporatnt sales language looked by the customers.

It’s about creating an emotional environment that gets a person to open up. Once you’ve set the psychological scene, you can gently lead the buyer from a friendly introduction to a signed contract.
