      Discharge can often be a sign of a cyst or other growth in the breast. You might not be able to feel a lump anywhere, but don’t assume there isn’t something there. Definitely make an appointment with your doctor ASAP. It could very well be something minor, but it is always better to be safe rather than sorry.

      My breasts have lactated for years. It’s not an issue and not a hormone imbalance. They generally get full and sore in the days up to my period and it can happen randomly as well. Sometimes I have to extract the milk which is usually just a few drops to relieve the pain and pressure. Sometimes it’s actually colostrum that comes out. It’s just something that happens normally.
