Gradually take a balance of vegetables and fruits daily, and stay away from artificial sweets like chocolates and soft drinks. Try not to eat things with lots of fats and salts. Foods and ingredients that help burn belly fat include red fruits, oatmeal, plant protein, lean meat, leafy greens, fatty fish, apple cider vinegar, resveratrol, choline and others. Of course, exercise like swimming or jogging can help you maintain diet as diet and exercise go hand in hand.
Watch your carbs. basically if you can eat less than 100 carbs a day you should be able to loose weight easily. Some fats are good for you and should be limited, but not cut out. fats give the body long lasting energy, where as carbs give short lasting energy. Also, anything that isn’t burned off or used by the body generally becomes fat. Eat foods that fill you up quicker such as, veggies and greens. This way you eat less, cutting calories, and are eating healthier.
