What are the symptoms of fibroid? What are the signs to take note of that may indicate fibroid?
The very common symptoms of fibroid are;
Heavy bleeding, this is a symptom which is most common with submucosal fibroids, which grow on the interior of the uterus.
Painful periods— Fibroids can also be a factor if you have painful periods, as intramural fibroids can make cramps much more intense by interfering with the proper function of the uterine muscle.
Weight gain— are you putting on pounds? Maybe developed a pooch you can’t get rid of. There is high chance that it is fibroid
Painful sex— although, there are many reasons a woman might experience pain during intercourse, but it is worth noting that uterine fibroids could be a contributing factor.

The nature and severity of the symptoms of uterine fibroids rely upon the number, location, and size of the fibroids. A patient may encounter excruciating cramping and abnormal or excessive bleeding during menstruation. The urination or moving of the bowels is being interfered, when the position of the fibroids is such that it exerts pressure on the bowels or bladder. On the off chance that the fibroids are off a small size, there may not be any symptoms and will go undetected until the patient goes for a test for infertility.
