I read about this concept in “the subtle art of not giving a fuck”, it’s really an insightful book and I’m so glad I read it. The feedback loop from hell is the concept of giving a fuck in circles, I’m not sure I’m doing justice to explaining it but that summarizes the concept. And the most effective way to not find yourself in a feedback loop from hell is not giving a fuck to irrelevant things. Only then, would you have saved yourself the stress of feedback loop from hell.
Depression has probably become a lot more common these days, or maybe it already was but we are only now becoming more aware of it and trying to find ways to cure it. It stacks up, and before you realize, it’s become finite and you’d find yourself tackling mental breakdown you didn’t see coming. The feedback loop from hell is like having depression inside depression, while getting depressed over something, you’re getting depressed for getting depressed. you see? That’s how it is, it messes with you. The best way to get out of feedback loop from hell is not getting in it at all, avoiding it at all costs.
