How do I tell my supposed partner that I’m no longer in love with them? How do I make this known? I no longer feel the same way.

The truth is, you can flip it a million ways it’s still going to hurt. If you sit your spouse down gently and tells him/her you don’t love them any more, it’ll be devastating. If you decide to bring a lover in your bed to prove a point, someone might get shot but it’ll still be devastating to that person. Or you can simply walk out and never come back it’ll hurt. Or you can write a letter if you feel like writing… but that will still hurt. So however you say it, you will hurt them. But on the bright side, the sooner you say it the sooner both of you can start healing.
Don’t yet! Consider reflecting on your courtship and engagement with him and those wonderful attributes that led you to this marriage. Give yourself and him the time and effort to work towards that love. There are many different avenues and resources available, one that I appreciate is The Love Dare from the movie Fireproof, which helps you to be intentional about your relationship with your spouse, much like courting.
