Naturally, jotting things down help remember things. A person who writes things down has more leverage over someone who doesn’t. Writing things down may not prevent memory loss because it is not a medical treatment, it is just one of the ways to manage memory loss. So a person suffering from memory loss may want to start jotting everything down lest they forget.
Everyone has easy access to smartphones nowadays. If you happen to own one, you could use the memo option, or other similar apps to note down the things you have to do. Making a note of things is a good practice, this is admired even at corporate level. Today in our fast lives, we often regret forgetting small things. So, one of the ways to reduce memory loss is to write down everything.
