Do you remember your past life? if yes, then answer to your question is yes, if no, then answer to your question is no. In deep sleep, you forget everything, but when you wake up, your memory comes back because memory remains intact. Death is a long deep sleep, so memory gets completely erased.
Your identity becomes one with a collective memory and a pool, everyone becomes one in spirit. Many religions skirt around this same issue, when you die your identity which is compromised of memories will change entirely. You might become one with the Universe or your memories might be carried on, but the identity you have and the way you know those memories won’t stay the same. For most religions and Christianity, I think the proper interpretation is that yes your memories do carry onto the next life, but your identity and how you identify with those memories will change drastically.
