Would you rather be buried in the ground and rot or would you rather help a blind man see, or a dying man give another chance to live? Islam should have nothing to do with the answer to the above question. Quran does not talk about organ donation. Hadiths do not talk about organ donation. The obvious reason being, it was not a practice at that time. So clearly there is no prohibition directly against organ donation in the scriptures. Although, some are against it all due to the notion that their body may not be complete on judgement day.
It’s permitted in Islam to donate organs after death, regardless of who will benefit from it. A Muslim or a non-Muslim, a good or bad human its non of our business since its a humanitarian cause, and a good and noble act every human therefor deserves to have a chance of living in a good health. There is no prohibition directly against organ donation in the scriptures. Rest of the views are human interpretation. There is nothing against it, so it is not prohibited by real Islamic shariah.
