Is it safe to use the dettol antiseptic to get rid of facial pimples?
Make sure you do not wash your face first with fresh water as this will only cause the bacteria on the outer skin to go inside. Kill the bacteria first with the Dettol dilution and then wash your face with fresh water. If you really need to, you may use powder/talc on you face, but only after completing the above steps and the face is completely dry of any water or moisture. You can pre-mix the Dettol dilution in a large bottle and use it for around 3-4 days.
