No, it does not. You should use a good after shave lotion which would reduce itchiness and redness and make you feel cool as most of the after shave lotions have menthol. Recently, I got Mama Earth after shave lotion. It’s chemical free and has essential oils that keep my skin moist and hydrated all day long. It also heals up harshness of skin caused due to shaving.

Razor bumps are hairs and dead skin stuck under the skins surface. If you exfoliate you will be able to remove the dead skin layers, free the hair, and allow the razor burn to heal.
Exfoliating is easy- you just need a loofah, an exfoliating brush, or even a dry wash cloth from your closet, those are best for sensitive skin. Simply scrub your skin every time you shower, just don’t scrub too hard and hurt yourself! The purpose of using a moisturizer is to keep the skin from getting dried up. Dry skin can get flaky easily and flakes contributes to clogging of the hair follicle and the creation of razor bumps. The key is to make exfoliating and moisturizing a habit. If you do that everyday then you’ll rarely have razor bumps ever again and your skin quality will be better than ever!
