Yes, humans may have evolved from apes and apes are said to have the level of intellectual capacity available for an average baby human who is t to learn the human language. Although, apes (chimpanzees and monkeys) have been said to exhibit their own form of communication which is sign language. Personally, I’ve experienced monkeys trying to communicate with the use of sign language, however it’s not exactly polished, just something they’ve learned to understand among themselves.
