Intermittent fasting is not a diet, it is an eating pattern! It is an eating pattern that doesn’t specify which foods you should or should not eat, it rather specifies when you should eat them. In the light of this, it is accurately described as an eating pattern.

First, before you start your intermittent fasting journey, be sure to confirm from your doctor if it is right for you. After I’ve tried lots of weight loss products, I can safely say intermittent fasting is the simplest and most manageable way to keeping fit. My main motivation was weight loss, and I already know exercising isn’t for me. I started off slowly as I didn’t just want to jump into a new pattern of eating. I started with 10hrs eating frame 10am-8pm. But now, I’ve worked my way up to 7hrs frame 12pm-7pm. Since I’ve been consistent with the pattern, I’ve not only seen huge change in my weight, I am
More physically fit, I am more happy and my skin has improved greatly.
If you have a very busy schedule like me, you might not be able to strictly stick to a diet plan. Instead, you could opt for intermittent fasting. It’s just an eating pattern that helps in gradual weight loss. You choose a window period of time that best works for you and stay true to it, while you eat healthy. For me, my window period of eating is 12pm-7pm, meaning, I don’t eat before 12pm and I don’t eat once it is after 7pm. I get to eat what I want within my eating window period, however, since I’ve been on intermittent fasting, I’ve cut down my calories intake. This has really helped in seeing visible results. This isn’t starving, do not starve yourself. It’s more of a “mindful eating” pattern.
