Protein is for building muscle, and it will fill you up, preventing overeating and the urge to graze on processed foods full of empty calories that can inhibit weight loss.

      To lose weight, I only changed what I ate and didn’t really change how much I exercised. I only ate when I was hungry and focused on eating protein before anything else because it filled me up more. Eating protein first meant I would eat less carbs and less plain sugar throughout the meal.
